You’ve got to log in on the website of the university/academy and follow the registration procedure. If you come from a non EU country, you’ve got to apply for a student visa, first.
First, you’ve got to log in on www.universitaly.it, fill in the form “pre-iscrizione” (pre-registration) and get it registered. Second, book an appointment at the embassy on line and when you go, submit all documents requested to the clerk.
No, check the deadline of the university/academy selected on the website just to know when you can get registered.
Please visit www.universitaly.it click on the section “cosa studiare” (what to study) and make your choice on the basis of department, subjects and length of a course.
No, some courses are delivered both in Italian and English, other courses are taught in Italian only. It’s up to you to make sure which course in which language.
